Commercial Concrete Floor Removal for a Warehouse Renovation Project

This week our team completed a commercial concrete removal project inside a warehouse facility. The customer needed an old section of interior concrete broken up and removed so they could prep the space for new utilities and upgrades. Jobs like this require careful equipment control, clean material handling, and attention to safety—especially when working indoors around walls, stairs, and existing structures.

We began by using a hydraulic breaker attachment to punch through the old floor slab. From there, we broke the concrete into manageable sections and removed it with our equipment. Once the slab was out, the remaining sub-grade was leveled and cleaned up so the next trade could move in and continue their work.
